Three prominent youth programs return for training at Puckmasters.

MARLBOROUGH, MA: General Manager and Hockey Director Patrick Nugent announced that the Shrewsbury, Nighthawks and the Demons youth hockey Assocations will be training at Puckmasters Marlborough for the 06?07 season.
This will be the 3rd season for Shrewsbury and Puckmasters. As in 2005-06, SYHA will utilize the Puckmasters staff to conduct on-ice skill development sessions through September, October, and November. This is the 2nd season for the Nighthawks organization at Puckmasters.
?The Nighthawks are known in this area as a dedicated group of hockey people who are passionate about the game and are willing to provide the very best for their players. We?re excited to have the opportunity to work with them again?, said Nugent.
Although the Demons have trained at Puckmasters for the past few seasons, this will be the 1st for the goaltenders. The Demons draw players from Ashland, Holliston and Hopkinton area.
Players will work in small groups under the direction of the Puckmasters coaching staff. Training emphasis will focus on developing sound fundamental shooting, stick-handling, skating, offensive and defensive concepts, and checking. Players from mite to bantam will participate, and will span all ability levels.
