Learn to out-skate the competition on our ProSpeed Resistance Skating Surface!
MARLBORO, MA: Looking for something exciting to do this April Vacation? Why not learn to be a faster, more explosive skater at this four-day, two-hour on and off-ice clinic!
April Vacation Speed & Acceleration Clinic
When: Tuesday-Friday, April 20-23, 2010
Times: 9-11 a.m.
Skills: This four-day clinic will combine on and off ice training to achieve maximum speed! Students will utilize Puckmasters’ ProSpeed R.S.S. training rink which inherently provides resistance training for it’s users. Students will also receive an introduction to plyometrics as a means of improving explosiveness on the ice.
Cost: $185 for non-members, $160 for members
